1. Introduction: This website allows users to book the villa located in Gavarnie (Hautes-Pyrénées - 65), which can accommodate up to 8 people.

2. Use of the website: Users agree to use the website in accordance with the law and these Terms and Conditions. Any fraudulent use, attempted hacking or disruption of the proper functioning of the website will result in access being prohibited.

3. Bookings: Bookings are made directly via the integrated module. A confirmation is sent by email after acceptance. The booking becomes firm after payment of the deposit or the total amount according to the terms and conditions indicated.

4. Rates: The prices displayed are inclusive of VAT, charges and taxes.

5. Payment: Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer.

6. Cancellation: Cancellation is free of charge up to 15 days before arrival. In the event of cancellation less than 5 days before the start of the stay, the full amount of the stay is due.

7. Security deposit: A security deposit of €1,500 in the form of a credit card imprint with our service provider Wannapay will be required. No debit will be made, except in the event of damage, non-compliance with the rules or cleaning not being done.

8. Liability: The owners cannot be held liable in the event of misuse of the accommodation, accident or theft during the stay.

9. Personal data: The data collected is used solely for the purpose of managing bookings. No data will be sold or transferred to third parties.

10. Applicable law: These terms and conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of the owners' place of residence shall have jurisdiction.
